Zucchini!!

Mower guy came and mowed. I wound up running outside in my slippers, shorts, a t-shirt, and no bra to pay him. No doubt adding to my reputation for eccentricity.

My garden has been going nuts this year. Much of it looks like a jungle. it's been very humid, and maybe the plants like it.

Our tomatoes are growing like they came from outer space. All the actual tomatoes are less than dime-sized though

A friend's husband tried to do the Appalachian Trail and got kicked off it by I guess park rangers. He went in completely unprepared with brand new boots and nearly hobbled himself. She had to go pick him up after about 3 days.

I laugh, but that would be me. I am surprised no one has ever kicked me off any of the short trails I've done (like a couple of hours) for being so out of shape.

Of course, I went and married myself an outdoorsman. *laughs*

If I tried the Appalachian Trail right now, I doubt that I'd last even three days, but I want to build up my stamina.
