Yep. We have two ASUS desktops that run 24/7. Once a year, I disconnect them, take them outside, remove two screws, pop the side cover off, and take the leaf blower to them. Only take 30 seconds to clean out every speck of dust in the machine. They been running for over 7 years with no issues other than the occasional noisy fan that I replace as needed.
The wife's PC had a hard drive failure, but I saw the messages before it totally failed and I had a PC repair place put in a new one and copy everything over. I replaced a fan on my graphics card that had locked up. The new fans I try to get with ball bearing versions that last forever instead of the cheap sleeve bearing versions. A little drop of oil every so often works wonders.
