Woah, very cool to hear that information about the Oracle and Pythia and Apollo. Makes me want to chew it around and see where the Greek Gods ended up and see if it can be mapped in any way to what's going in on BSG.

I got out my Robert Graves after watching "Hand of God" and looked feverishly through the index for Pythia or Python. And the Apollo myth jumped out at me too. Not to mention that HELO AND SHARON ARE TRYING TO GET TO DELPHI on Caprica!! It seems hugely significant, and I can't wait to see why.

But I am a firm believer that OUR Apollo is involved in the prophecy somehow, since in Greek legend he's associated with Delphi/Pythia.
