Guyyyyyys. LOST is ending tonight, and that fact is making me feel feelings!

I think I finally understand what "nope! sorry! I do not want to watch the last episode because then it will be over!" feels like. LOST has been like an honest to God addiction (that I genuinely kicked there for a while back in Season 3). SURE. OKAY. I HELD OUT MY HOPES ( Read more... )

THE LAST SHOT OF THE SERIES SHOULD BE VINCENT RUNNING OUT OF THE JUNGLE, RANDOMLY, THEN LOOKING AT THE CAMERA AT - BOOM! LOST.

"You were not always the prettiest girl at the dance, but you were the weirdest with an oddly compelling personality, and you stuck around even when I flaked out there for a while."

Yes. Yes. Yes!

And I just realized a little in to last week's episode that there will not be a 100% fully resolved ending. And I HATED LOST TOO BECAUSE OF WHAT HAPPENED TO ALIAS. God JJ. Just keep churning out shows. No! I just really want it to be a little rewarding though.

And move over Vincent, ANA LUCIA BETTER BE AT THE CONCERT! That is my homegirl.

people who ~like Nikki and Paulo are the fandom equivalent of hipsters at this point

:raises hand: I do not deny I thought "Expose" was brilliant. The first time. But when they tried to riff on it, like "oh this was another point where they were in the background the whole time" it just was not as cool. (case in point: the Adam and Eve skeletons in the Allison Janney ep)

How strong do you think "Through the Looking Glass" holds up, in a vacuum? Sure, it's a seismic narrative shift from flashback to flash forward, one that the series benefits from INSANELY, but does it feel the same when you know there are X episode left?

Exactly! So much of LOST, at least for me, was watching it live (or close to it) and the resulting (mini) fandom OMGWTFPOLARBEARS the next day. :p ( ... )

I AGREE WITH THIS POST

Except for LOL liking Bai Ling. I am not hardcore enough for that. :| I capped that episode like two days ago and i just had to fast forward through the flashbacks, I COULDN'T TAKE IT. Sooooo baaaaaaaaaaad. JACK SHEPHARD YOU WERE GROSS THERE FOR A LITTLE WHILE.

Oh man, i really pity people who are waiting till it's over to watch it too. DON'T THEY HAVE ANY IDEA WHAT THEY MISSED OUT ON?? I mean i guess it'd be cool to watch all at once, sure, because it plays a lot better without any pauses, but the pauses are what allowed us to marinate in the WTF foreverrrrrr.

The thing i am most sad about is that after tonight we don't ever get to experience new Lost again. THE CRAZY NEW STUFF IS THE BEST PART. :(

I don't even know what to do all day except wait for Lost. I even signed up to work to avoid this problem.

Also, I love all these bloggers posting "unresolved questions" and fans in the comments explaining how the questions has already been answered.
