So it was the very bad idea of my mom to help me overcome my fear of cars and teach me how to drive. I have this fear of sitting behind the wheel and driving, even though I have ( Read more... )

That sucks about the car. At least no one was hurt. Hopefully you won't have to pay too much. That sucks about the job, too. Hopefully it won't be too bad.

Oh you are so deviously funny, but no dad is determined to make me a driver and well I have to get used to not relying on rides. Thanks for the hugs. 100 bucks will be for the one car I busted. My moms suffered more.

Oh, thank you, bute she has her cool. She says that she crashed the car too many times to count before she became as skillful as she now is. She knows my pain, that is why I soooo love her.

When my dad first took me out to drive, I loved it. I was 15 and he wanted to give me some experience before I took driver's ed. We went out to the municipal airport by our house and drove on the back roads there. On the sixth time, I made a mistake and my dad freaked out. It had me so unnerved I didn't want to drive anymore. In fact, I refused to take driver's ed until my senior year in high school. And that was just because I had no choice at that point ( ... )

Wow, Leisa! You kicked ass! I swear that this comment is longer than my post. I so suck at posting! ;) Anyways, ja! My dad is gonna teach me properly and there is no escape. But it's good cause there was a time, when he worked as a cab driver and well now he drives cement trucks and he has drived almost every machine on wheels apart from buses and tanks. Still I get scared and paralyze and can't react! Thanks for sharing your experience!
