Many changes abound. Only one cavity though. I've been trying hard to be a better person and I believe I am mostly succeeding, though being a more productive one is up to debate. I think I'm going to have to call it quits on drinking. Without even realizing it I'll have 10+ drinks in a night, it gets expensive. Plus, as you said I probably make a fool of myself.

If you're trying to exercise more, I'm down to go to the pool/lift weights/tennis just about any day of the week between 8AM and noon.
