On Wednesday night the CW closed out the Paley Center for Media’s Fall Preview screenings with “Nikita” and “Hellcats”. All along they advertised that they would premiere a returning show as well, but that didn’t happen. Had I known they weren’t screening the returning show, I would’ve asked the VP of the Paley Center (who did the introductions

I've never watched QAF, so I really don't get all the hoohaa surrounding Gale Harold, but he seems like a lovely man, and I'm super glad that you got to see him in person, because I know how much you squee about him in your posts. :D

HOW COULD THAT BE?!! Never? Never ever ever watched one ep? That show is my heart! It brought me online and into fandom. I'm biased, it's a great show. He's hot and sexy and wonderful in it. At the very least IMHO watch one or two clips. I'll send you the Youtube link to two scenes.

:) Inside joke. For some reason articles tend to list him as Gale Howard. Even when QAF had their Paley fest, the mod introduced him as Gale Howard.

Once upon a time, there was a show called "Queer as Folk" that enamored fans. So awesome were the scenes that you could just say the episode number and people would nod knowingly with a huge grin on their face because no other explanation was needed. For me 219 (a bit of context: Justin cheated on Brian and doesn't know Brian found out. This is Brian's way of getting back) was legendary. There's another big one 110 but it's only in Italian on Youtube. The big ship was Brian and Justin.

Of course this scene tells you nothing about Gale as an actor, but it's hot, so it's my fave. But Brian was a great character. The best bad boy with a heart of gold character.

i used to be so good at this game:) i just realized i haven't actually watched qaf in a while and i have all the dvds. b/j are currently being [slightly] overshadowed by kevin/yann from this french show called les bleus. to me, these two have the same palpable chemistry as gale&randy did; and their relationship kinda reminds me of b/j's.

I assumed he'd be in episode 2 which they screened, but when they quickly said he won't be seen until next week's episode so that was really, really weird. I guess they wanted a cast member and since they're all stuck in Canada, he was the only one with a flexible schedule they could spar. But I'm with you, total win for the Gale fans!
