I think this is the first year I am able to participate fully in Back to Middle-earth Month since B2MeM has existed. Normally the events require quite a bit of work from the mods during the event; this one was structured quite by chance--though no less brilliantly--so that the work was heavily front-loaded, which means that I'm able to actually ( Read more... )

Happiness is everything! It's awesome that you can actually participate in this year's B2MeM. I'm having the most fun I've had with the annual event since the Passport and the Bingo events. I haven't written so much Tolkien in a month of Sundays and it's been absolutely wonderful to return to the genre.

Enjoy the rest of your break. As for type of dog ... I can totally see you as a Border Collie. In essence that's exactly what you do, but instead of herding sheep, you're helping to herd people, projects, and thoughts.

That artwork is wonderful. It's so full of life and fluidity - all the curves in it seem to keep the characters moving.

I'm so glad you have the time to participate in B2MEM. It's been wonderful to read your writing again (although I had started to read some of your older works on SWG that I had missed before I retired) just before B2MEM started. Once the month is over (and it's always far too soon) I'll go back and pick up where I left off!

Enjoy what's left of your winter break! Ours starts this Friday and continues all next week, so Sean will be home during the day to drive me crazy.

And I really can't wait to read your next piece on the death scenes of Feanor and Fingolfin. In fact, my tongue is already out and salivating (sorry for that awful visual). ;P :D
