to bring out the best and worst of people.  at work, anyway.  dealt with one truly unreasonable CX yesterday, but other than that, mostly it's been quite nice.  i'm doing some weird stuff now while the other support agent is doing 13 comp orders, but that's cool too

A recent reconciliation between two friends in the family got me thinking, and if there's anything the Christmas season has taught me, it's to swallow my guts and be a man in mending a broken friendship.

I lost my head that time, Dave, and I'm sorry for saying things I shouldn't have (and didn't mean to have) said. It was a bad misunderstanding. I hope you know that I still do wish you nothing but good will.

I also wish you all the best with your new romance and your move to a new home.
