Health update: second biopsy

This is a follow-up to my January and February posts. In January I reported that an increase in my PSA would necessitate a prostate biopsy and in February I reported that the biopsy was inconclusive and would require another biopsy in April. I'm taking Vitamin D3, COQ10, Vitamin C, lycopene, Green Tea, Dark Chocolate, plant phytosterols especially Beta-Sitosterol, Pygeum, and maitake mushroom. It's too soon to measure their efficacy.

Also selenium, Vitamin E, and SOD (Superoxide Dismutase).

Thanks, anaisdjuna. I've read similar claims for maitake mushrooms and have started taking a maitake supplement. Maybe I should add reishe too.

I think you should. I've read a lot about Reishi's health benefits in a few areas. You can drink it in a tea or find it in pill form. Maybe a trip to a Chinatown herb shop where the folks speak English could steer you in the direction. You can also order it online.
