I really like the new Gundam 00 opening and ending songs. The opening is sung by Tommy's group, The Brilliant Green, and it's the first song from them that I really like a lot. It has been a while since I've heard a Kuraki Mai album that I liked. If I Believe was the last album she released that I really liked, and that was released back in 2003. Finally made a new icon that I like enough to replace Light with. It's Lelouch, from Code Geass, a series which I just started watching recently. He's a CLAMP character design, of course, which is probably why I like his look so much. :P Three episodes in, the series seems interesting too.

I made a new discovery a few days back. By an act of total randomness I downloaded an album by a New York indie band called Blonde Redhead. After giving it a listen, I was pleasantly surprised by how good it was. My favorite track is the first, which is the album's title track, 23. Oh, and as a pure coincidence, their vocalist is Japanese.

I was able to get Lee Hyori's first album, Stylish...e, thanks to Richie. Been listening to it non-stop since I downloaded it. It's just as good as her second album, Dark Angel, if not better. There's a lot of good tracks, but the one I'm currently hooked on is Cleopatra.

I already loved the demo version that I'd heard before, but it's even better in it's final fully produced form.
