Every day, I wake up with a little more stiffness than the day before. It's difficult for me to remember a time when I passed a morning without my neck or spine singing the protest of the positions I'd found for approximately eight hours of 'healthy' sleep. Let's go power walking soon, David. I didn't welcome you back properly so here it is. WELCHUM BAHK SUHN. Nothing's happening, oh except I'm doing a film that requires me to wear spandex. Sad, I know.

Only if we can wear spandex while power walking. I mean, obviously it'll do you good to have a little immersion. THAYNC U FHATHUR. I think if you can do a film in which you wear a dress, you can handle a little clinging stuff.

in school, they'd make us power walk and it was always hideous because that's the age you are so self conscious you'll make up any excuse not to look weird -- and proper power walking methods certainly fall under the Weird category. bent elbows, how is one to look cool doing that?

i did loads of touring and promotional things last month and now i'm doing virtually nothing. maybe i should start having a daily run as well.

I'm sure you pulled it off smashingly. Now you can bend your elbows and not worry about people staring at your awkwardly angled joints. Doesn't it feel liberating?

You ought to. I moved out of my old house to go to the West End. I'm trendy.
