If Imitation is the sincerest form of flattery, then I am duly flattered.

I've been a little on the inactive side of late, as you may have noticed, and for this I offer my sincere apologies. It's been a rough couple of months, the details of which I will not bore you with, as it is in large part the boredom of these past few weeks which has left me so demotivated. And if experiencing it has been enough to prevent me from ( Read more... )

lol I shouldn't be surprised that you're still doing the Newdog15 thing. I didn't read all the above so my apologies to Judge Anon.

I noticed you posted and felt like creeping your livejournal and so here I am :) I hope you've kept well since last I screamed at you over the phone.

Hey, I'm flattered that you're still interested in what I'm doing. In spite of how sour everything turned out (vis a vis screaming on the phone, etc), I still think extremely fondly of the early days of the werewolf game, and the five of you who played in it, yourself included. Halcyon days.

And yeah, I've stuck with the Newdog15 business over the years, off and on. Indeed, I've got a new one brewing - a collaboration between a friend of mine who you might know (named Annie?) - as soon as she's done her current load of courses. It's a body of work which has found its audience, and I'm more than happy to keep them entertained, and their reactions confused.

I do often think about the "good ol' days" I won't lie. When it was good, it was golden :)

Glad you're still keeping busy. I know a few women named Annie so it's hard to say heh

Drop me a line when you're free, we can catch up :)

This is one of those ones where I wonder what the storyline originally was. And then realize that I'm probably just as happy not knowing, 'cause it's bound to be at least as weird as what it's been replaced with, and I really don't need Japan to keep proving to me how effed up it is.

Long story short, I laughed. This is pretty awesome. Keep it up Judge Anon! I'd definitely encourage him to get himself a blog to start throwing such works of awesome up at.

This is actually making me consider trying my hand at this type of thing. Clearly, I have been thoroughly corrupted by the forces of hilarious porn.

Well, hey, as I said above, I do enjoy collaborations. If you're apt to give it a go, why don't you get together some fine afternoon, and we can see about working on one together?

Heck, it'd give me the opportunity to repay you with your help in moving me in; I can finally provide you a feast worthy of your herculean efforts that day.

Hardly herculean; it's not like there were any giant stables to clean out or anything. And if there had been, I would have had to decline. I'm allergic to horses, after all. ;)

I'm definitely going to put such pursuits off for about a week, though. Next week starts the twice-as-long-as-normal reading break! *insert celebratory noisemakers* Then I'll have all the time in the world! Hooray! Thank you, Olympics, for giving me twice as long to slack off in the middle of the term.

On a completely unrelated note, but because I feel like sharing, I've got new glasses. They arrived last weekend and I've been switching out my three pairs all week. It's put a smile on my face for most of the week since I don't need contacts to see properly anymore! It's actually possible to go without!

Well, congratulations on your new-found capacity for vision. I've gone on record before about how much I like to look at things (as, for example, and rather memorably here: http://dave-littler.livejournal.com/96236.html ), and so the prospect of technology which aids others in doing so is definitely arousing.

Let me know when you know when you want to let me know that it's time to let me know that I should know that you're letting me know that the time to let me know has come and that I should know that you're letting me know that you've got some free time, and you and I will make some horrible beautiful words together.

while it doesn't quite tickle my humors in the same fashion as your newdog15 work, it is still quite hilarious in it's own right. i look forward to future installments, and know that quality will only improve over time. perhaps sometime in the future i will be inspired to create a similar work of my own...

Yeah, he's not doing precisely the same kind of comedy that I do, but I would have been disappointed if he were. As it is, I think he's off to a good start and would like to see him take it further in that direction.

And as for you! You should definitely give it a go! As should everyone who's thinking about it! I like to laugh too, dang it all!

Oh dear god... I'm seriously reconsidering touching any of the KOF games after having been subjected to this.

I mean, Goenitz already had that whole 'priest' bit going on anyway... but damn... jokes were one thing, but to actually have someone put it into something tangible? Serious WTFness there. And to think I considered him one of the best SNK villains...
