So, Schoolwork.

I've always had to juggle a balancing act of personal health, work, and relaxation (mental health!) into a dropped bucket juggle of sorts. You know, where that third object always seems to nearly hit the ground, just to be kicked back up at the last moment, in a haphazard juggley way, and nearly dropping one of the other two instead, ad nauseum ( Read more... )

It sounds like you had a really nice weekend. You're probably still awake because that 16-hour sleep recharged you. I hope you can fall asleep soon! I hate that feeling of getting really, really sleepy in the larger of the wee hours (I consider 5 a.m. to be a wee hour) when I know I have to get up in two hours and go-go-go all day on very little sleep with no hope of a nap.

I mean, it's not that I can't sleep most days til late- class always starts at 10, latest my classes run is 4pm, but usually it's noon, 3 days out of the week, and i could be back in my room asleep by quarter after one. It's just, I usually sleep those long ~12 hours, every other day, and so there's not much time to do anything besides class, and sleep and look after myself.

I'm glad you're making looking after yourself and your health a priority. It's too easy for us to get so caught up in external pressures and deadlines that we sacrifice our health and peace of mind. I've been guilty of doing that myself!

I was wondering if you could give me a couple of pointers on how to upload an image from photobucket to my LJ. LJ seems to want me to upload the image from my computer, but I'd like to learn how to do it from an external site. A reader drew me a cool (and drool-worthy) picture of Dee and Ryo and I want to share it with the Fake fans who frequent my journal. No rush on this, as I'll be at work for the next few hours, and I'm sure that you're at school.
