"Johnny!," she tried to shout when she noticed a familiar face, racing toward him, considering throwing her arms around him before she remembered the fire, which would hurt to touch. She hovered around nearby him instead, looking at him with pleading imploring eyes.
"NO CONTROL over the VOLUME at which words leave me," she said, nearly crying from the panic. "Something is wrong with the VOCALS. BROKEN. Broken AND CANNOT fix," she sobbed out.

His voice was wrong, but he'd expected that. The stutter was gone too though, and that he hadn't expected. "Everything's a little messed up today," he said quietly. "My name is William Danvers, and this isn't my body. So I'm sorry, but I don't recognize you, or know how you know this person. I ... don't even know who this person is," he admitted quietly.

"JOHNNY," she declared, another choke escaping her. She really didn't mean to be shouting so loudly, but she couldn't manage to find control over the sounds she was making. "This is Johnny. A courter of women. Court, jester," she shivered lightly. "You are him, is he YOU?" she asked.

He wondered if the odd phrasing was part of her chaos effect ... or if that was just something unique to her. "What's your name?" he asked softly.
