Summary: Will wakes up in Johnny's body - with the bed on fire. He manages to put the fire out before he heads outside to find out what's up and hopefully find his body. He bumps into River, who can't control the volume of her voice. They eventually encounter Tony in Will's body, and they decide from there to see if they can go find Tony's body. Barring that, they opt to head to the town hall.
Will dreamed of fire. He smiled a little as he woke up feeling incredibly warm.
Because he was on fire.
A sharp bark of fear pulled from his throat as he tried to pull his power to put out the fire ... but no power came. Realizing he was going to have to go about this the conventional way, he cast around for something to use, and spied a fire extinguisher. Handy.
He put out the small fire on the bed, and gazed at the charred sheets and mattress, and frowned. Well, he'd owe ... whoever this was a new bed. But that begged the question ... who was this?
And moreover, why was he in this body? He assumed it had to do with the announcement last night, and he frowned as he looked for a mirror. The face was completely unfamiliar to him, and he wondered if there as a way to find out who he was. He wasn't real inclined to sort through the guy's personal stuff just to find his name ... but someone had to know him.
Deciding the dorms were the best bet (since, he realized, he wasn't in them), William got dressed in this stranger's clothes before he let himself out.
He took a minute to catch his bearings before he looked toward the house next door to his. Some blondish kid was looking very alarmed on his porch ... so Will figured it was an epidemic. He offered the kid a smile before he turned toward the dorms. He shoved his hands in his pockets, and tried not to think about how he just knew his hands could light on fire.
It wouldn't lead anywhere good.
