I can see them, hear them, touch them, and make it so other people can see them. I've also got a sword that can hurt them, and I know a way to send them to the afterlife. I've been taking out any I come across, but there's a hell of a lot.

Keep dispatching everything you find. The engine room is first priority, unless they become hostile towards people.

Explain the 'making other people see them'. Is this a permanent or temporary effect? Do they have to be near you? Does this include talking, or only sight?
