Near-humans are discriminated against in the Empire - mostly ones who look decidedly different, but Imperial careers can stall if someone's accused of Mirialan ancestry, for example. Ah. Such curiosity is understandable; I'm not offended. The Witches of Dathomir are human, but I myself am near-human, yes. My father is from Hapes, although the differences between humans and Hapan near-humans are not pronounced.
