I don't think I'm familiar with borscht. Is it some sort of soup? I'm looking forward to tasting it!

Borscht is a traditional dish from my home country... it's a vegetable soup. Very nice for the cold winter days~ ...it's just too bad that it's not cold out.

Maybe we can have some lukewarm borscht instead...? :D
