I am thinking of keeping track of exercising in the near future. It helps that one of the nurses is an aerobic instructor.

I found that keeping track of food and exersise is a good thing, but don't obsess about anything that's "off schedule" in terms of the diet and exerise. We're all people, and people are failable. The importatnt thing is to get back on track.

Allergic to tobacco! That's new to me!
One of the major players in my weight loss is also the breastfeeding, which I recommend but, sadly, not probably advice you can use!
