Quitting smoking is so difficult and I think your accomplishment of that is very cool, sexy, and commendable on its own right. I have a lot of respect that you were able to do that. Praise Allah! Your lungs love you.

I am thinking of keeping track of exercising in the near future. It helps that one of the nurses is an aerobic instructor.

actually because of my alergy to tobacco, yes I was smoking and alergic, is one of the major reasons that I was heavy. for most people tobaccoo acts as an appitite suppresent and metabolic catalyst; I had the opposite reaction.

I found that keeping track of food and exersise is a good thing, but don't obsess about anything that's "off schedule" in terms of the diet and exerise. We're all people, and people are failable. The importatnt thing is to get back on track.

One of the major players in my weight loss is also the breastfeeding, which I recommend but, sadly, not probably advice you can use!
