Very well, I’ll bite on doing this Snowflake Challenge, although I didn’t know about it until I already have to catch up by a day. But hopefully it will give me a good excuse to get back into the posting habit.

I know what you mean about liking one's first story probably a bit more than strictly necessary. I'm the same with my first D/Hr story. It's ultra-emo and so not my usual kind of preference in anything and it's unbetaed, but it's the first one and I love it. I have even chosen not to have it betaed and corrected here at a later time because it's my first story and I simply can't bear to change so much as a comma. :)
