Can I just say I already ADORE this season of Top Chef and can't get enough of it? Once a week is not enough!

I do like Next Iron Chef too... but Top Chef even better!

Eeek, I forgot a new season was starting! How many weeks have I missed? Thankfully they put the episodes OnDemand, so it'll be easy for me to catch up. :D

And I knew once they announced this cast that I would love it. But I love it even more than I expected!

It's a great cast, actually. All of these chefs are excellent, and while I have some favorites (Richard, Dale, Jaime, Jennifer, Tiffany) and some lesser liked (Spike, Elia, and what's his name from season one), I think there will be some excellent competition.

I was a little disappointed by Jennifer's cockiness, and I hope it was a good wake-up call for her. Actually, I should probably add Angelo to the likes list. I think he was so cocky last season, but the competition was a bit of an equalizer for him. I think if he'd been healthier at the finale, it might have been a different outcome.
