For the past few years, this orzo with creamed corn sauce recipe has become my summer go-to alternative to mac& cheese. I was just reminded again this week of how good it is. If you like corn, and you like creamy pasta, you must try it!

I’ve been on the quest for some different quick weeknight meals. This week I found one that will definitely be added to the rotation.
