As long as I’m over here writing posts - how about a 100 Things Blogging Challenge Entry.

Reminder: I’m posting 20 times, 1 each about 20 - TV shows I’m watching (and you should too), and then I'll move on to the next grouping of 20 things!

1) Switched At Birth, ABC Family
2) Make It Or Break It, ABC Family
3) Fairly Legal, USA
4) Army Wives, Lifetime
5) Revenge, ABC
6) Necessary Roughness, USA
7) NCIS: Los Angeles, CBS

8) So You Think You Can Dance, FOX

I was a latecomer to the So You Think You Can Dance love because I wasn’t really a fan of either that OTHER dancing show, or of that singing show that started all these competition reality shows. So I didn’t hear about this one for several years. I don’t even remember how I ended up falling into watching my first episode, but however it happened - I’m addicted.

These are actual dancers, all very talented and enjoyable to watch. In this show, they’re forced to dance all different genres of dance, not just whatever they’re trained or talented it. And they have some awesome choreographers that work with them each week. It’s really just a delight to see what creative dances - and themes for the dances - they come up with.

The format has been changing pretty consistently over the past three or four seasons, so I hope that’s not a sign that FOX is killing off yet another of my favorite series. Generally this one is on only during the summer months - so it gives me something to look forward to when most of my favorite shows are off season.

A couple of full episodes are available on the show’s website, but mostly you can’t see back episodes (something that makes me sad since I missed several of the seasons), so it’s just You Tube for specific routines and clips.
