Thank you! I keep falling back to the word 'gravitational' and I think it fit really well with them in the episode as well as the story. I appreciate your feedback (darned those stupid hold messages, they suck all the truth out of that statement! I mean it in the non-ironic way)!

BTW, I think "Lullaby" is a perfect song for John & Rodney. I picture John singing it to him as something of a declaration: "How long do you wanna be loved?"

Oh, I loved this! It's beautifully written, and hot and sweet and hot.:) I really love how you show what good friends they are - how they understand each other so well. And I love the in-character hesitation, the care to make sure they want the same thing. And then the sex is lovely, and hot, and perfect.

There were so many beautiful lines, but I'll highlight this, because it seems *so* Rodney to me, and it conveys so much:

“Any-and I mean any attempt by alien or domestic means to meddle with my memory of this and every subsequent similar event-”

LOL! And also, awww, because he's saying so much there, about how important this is to him.

*grins* Thank you! I have to laugh, I am re-watching the series with my husband, and he remarks (every episode, even) often with 'WHY do those two have such good chemistry?!' and I have to agree. Even without the subtext, the canonical friendship makes me all warm and squishy inside!

Also, yay! That was such a fun line, and I can completely see him saying it! I'm so glad you picked it out, made my day :D

Absolutely Rodney would say that. I could hear him *perfectly* in that line.
