Point "B" is the Sofitel hotel where I will be staying starting tomorrow night.

And I'm going to be really, REALLY busy. If I thought I had any free time this week, I'd have made plans to see the town or visit with friends.

I've never been to DC before.

I'm at DFW now, waiting for my connecting flight, making use of the free internet connection at the gate.

When I get in tonight, a driver will take me to the hotel, then to the office where I have to finish configuring the Trial Presentation laptops. All day tomorrow, I will probably be rehearsing the presentations with the attorneys.

Monday morning, early, I have to go to court to make sure the A/V setups are kosher, then sit in Trial all day, waiting for our turn to present. Then go back to the War Room that evening to prep evidence and rehearse the next day's presenation.

This will likely repeat all week, until my flight back Friday night. If I'm lucky, I might get a few hours sleep in there each evening.

Ah, well. We're about an hour and a half south of DC (we were just in town today for lunch with friends, actually), and we try to see friends if they're visiting, if they have time. I'll just have to see you again when we get back to SoCal. :) Enjoy DC if you can!
