I am scheduled to leave for another trial on April 15 in DC. Then I will probably stay in DC for a couple weeks afterward to be available for local office work (we are migrating some of San Diego's LitSupport systems to their local office and someone needs to be on-hand to assist the local staff until they are used to the change) then I travel ( Read more... )

I got to the Starbucks at 8:30 this morning and it was pretty quiet... but I could see a bunch of people starting to gather at the far end of the park... As I was sitting there drinking my Mocha, more people started to arrive... and I noticed the string of portapotties that wasn't there the day before - about 40 of them all lined up along one side ( Read more... )

I got back to my room around 11:30 last night, setup the CPAP, called in a 6:30 wake-up and crashed.

After showering and putting on some warm clothes, I took a walk around the White House.
