I got the minister's manual, and yeah, I thought it was funny that he put in organ dedications in there. But hey, don't think he's too outdated. In my youth minister's lunch the other day, one of the youth ministers talked about how they just bought and dedicated an organ. Get this though... They brought in some professional organist, and the pastor was upset with the youth minister that so few of the youth came. He told the pastor: "If we had a rock concert in here, how many of the adults would come?" Ha ha! Gotta love youth ministry!
