Ok. I have a life-long problem with getting to sleep, but since I started using sleep sprays - BANG! - I'm out for the count.

Lots of companies now do these sleep sprays. They make the bed and bedroom smell wonderful and they induce relaxation and lovely, blissful sleep.
I'm reluctant to comment on the rest of your post, because, you know, I'm so much older than you, and I don't want to come out sounding like an auntie.
And, this is love, and this is what my husband gives me. It might not be romantic, it might not be super-sexy, but it's home. It's warm and it's loving and it's forever and ever and I think that you are the sort of girl who will attract that forever love:

I shall look into the sleeping products. My friend gave me some herbal tea when she heard I couldn't sleep!

Thank you for your comment. It is hard.. and will be for a while.. but.. when stuff like this happens I usually crack and fall apart. It hasn't happened yet. I'm not sure if it will.. but because it hasn't yet it'll be bigger than it would have if it had happened earlier. It'll build up. Did that make sense!?
