Try to think about it positive: the really barbaric way to handle it would be to cut you open without any diagnostic before the operation whatsoever, without narcotics or anything, only to have you die from a simple infection that antibiotics could have handled...

...wow, I know how to cheer someone up, don't I? *facepalm*

I know the whole biopsy thing sounds barbaric - my mum had them often enough and I stayed the hell away from any pics, the text's alone were bad already - but that's the only method to get a look at the cells and determine what's exactly wrong.

So hang in there! I'm sure that your doc knows what he's doing! *sends positive waves*

Just wish id gotten pics during the biopsy--it sucked big time, but from an outside perspective it wouldve been awesome to observe, lol! ;)
