Ah, so you were Zetsubou-sensei! You probably got a survey form from one of my groupmates. We're studying cosplay for Field Methods in Psychology.

I was supposed to cosplay while handing out surveys, but it was not meant to be, alas. -_-

yes. I was indeed asked to answer an epic survey (people found me writing cute, and decided to take pictures of me while doing so... haha).
