Damn roaches! Eatsing all my strawberries

I had thought it was slugs and put out the obligatory beer trap (which then filled up with water as the intermittant showers around the place got thirsty and headed for it). I went out to empty the thing and found two large american cockroach munching on what was otherwise a gorgeous big ripe strawberry
