The Good End

Well, time flies. I think it's about time I actually post something here, too! What's happened in a month? Well, there was a Christmas vacation during which I played some weird video game about world-destroying mimes, university started, and, oh yeah, there was this tournament ( Read more... )

I cannot begin to thank you for your part in this. You were a consummate cohost and I knew you'd be perfect for Sath, but you were pulling your weight and more long before that. That post you made as Rufus in Round One is going down as one of my all-time favorite tournament scenes, which is no small feat, I'll have you know. ^_- Our night sky shone brighter for your star!

Of course, on that note, memetime!

Give me some Sydney Losstarot, for old times' sake~

1. You know, I figure Mustadio was always smart enough to know that his dying probably wouldn't accomplish anything that would be worth it. He'd still do it, for his father or to save the world or something. H&S!Mustadio, though... after his turn on the Evil side, he definitely became one of those atoner types, who just won't die before making amends for what he did. And he's just smart enough to realize that dying won't really do the trick ( ... )

Don't fool yourself, Darkken- you did a ton of work for WitS, and all of it was fantastic. I know for a fact that some rounds would have floundered without you to help with writing and getting them going (particularly Geass). Add on to that how much you helped us figure out how to do key plot points, and how balls-out awesome you were with Sath, and man, you did just as much as any of the rest of us.

That said, you're not the only one wanting to replay Chrono Cross after WitS- so am I. And you remember how fervently I spoke out against that game. It is truly, truly bizarre. I already started, in fact, and for some reason unbeknownst to me, I was stuck with Irenes for the opening dungeon. I will never, ever understand the amount of crack in this game.

As for the meme, let's get some Jane going!

You too? It's like some kind of epidemic. =D

Now - some Jane, indeed~

1. Nothing! Jane is too young and, in particular, too pretty to die. Beyond that... people who throw their lives away drive her up the wall. On Filgaia, dying is easy, and living is hard.
2. Back down on a promise, or leave a debt unpaid. It's her way of showing that she cares to the people who are important to her, and why she's careful about who she lets close to her.
3. swimming in a big pile of gella Honestly? A world where she doesn't have to worry that the sun won't come up in the morning ( ... )
