A couple of weeks ago, my chair collapsed. Just like that. One minute I was just sitting at my computer, RPing at a CoH beach party, and the next I'm sprawled on the floor with my head against the door and my right foot bent in an interesting position. I've had a migraine on and off for the past three-four days. It's not consistantly "Ohmygod I'm going to die!"-painful, but it does have its moments of Scanners-splitting headpain, nausea, photophobia and temporaty blindness in my right eye. Dosing up on liquid Nurofen capsules and/or going to bed in a darkened room does lessen the pain for a few ( Read more... )

Today I have a migraine. Ow. I suspect that it might have something to do with the fact that I stayed up till 3am playing CoV with the group (we were trying to do a Strike Force, but the bloody mobs were all level 20 and our highest member was (I think) 17. So it was an experience, if nothing else.

Memo to self:

As nice as Ben and Jerry's Phish Food ice cream is, you can't eat it. This is because the chocolate chunks/fish are made out of dark chocolate, which has a lot of cocoa solids in it. And cocoa solids have caffeine in them - too much for your caffeine intolerant system to be able to handle ( Read more... )
