Oh Drunkface. You are such a special, special face. I blame the fact that I'm usually the photographer, not the photographed. I don't know how not to pull a terrible face anymore.

Wow, what a douche-tastic pair. You really did handle it very well. And I think you are spot on in your analysis of "how easy it is for some people to default into a really dark place." And oftentimes, it is a dark place and a really immature place, and that potent combination seems to lead to the sleazy little side comments like the ones directed at you.

Like I said, you handled it very gracefully and took the high road, and in the end, you walked out with your dignity intact SASSY PINK PANTS AND ALL!

Even the pants? Because the pants are truly, truly outrageous. Oh and the shirt is completely redneck in a way that photographs cannot accurately convey (I have the right side slitted up and tied from hem to armpit a/k/a lazy man's ruching.) but you could totally rock the pink corduroy w/argyle inserts purse (not pictured above) FOR SURE.

Yi - I have nothing to say what hasn't been said already. Clearly whatever was up their collective butts went far beyond that incident. I'm sorry you had to be the recipient for their fallout.

Why thank you! It has taken years to be OK with The Pink. (I was a girly tomboy, if that makes any sense.)
