• Made ontheborderland's pulla yesterday. It's the perfect balance of sweet (but not too sweet)coffee and cardamomy carbiness. The few co-workers that also made it in to work today (1/3 of my department is here) have really enjoyed it as well. Perfect for an existential-crisis-laden day like today.

It was a close thing. I had to re-take the picture a couple times to get the timing right.

The pulla was a huge hit! Not only did the loaf I took to work get completely decimated, but when I got home yesterday The Mister declared that I had to hide the remnants of the remaining loaf from him because he had been eating it all day.

The added touch of coffee/sugar on top at the end really makes it special... it makes the crust extra tasty.
