I KNOW! Absolute GENIUS!!!

It was also a lovely warm (dare I say pinkish) champagne hue. And sort of a slubby shangtung silk looking texture. Very 40's with the tea length and the full skirt.

She even made her own fascinator (!!) to go with.

Tell me about it. After I got home yesterday I started a monster batch of beef stew in the crock pot and, just for good measure, slapped together a blackberry cobbler. I wasn't exaggerating when I said I wished it was fall already!

I was just reading the wedding summary to a coworker who thought it was totally awesome! What a GREAT idea. It had to be a total riot.

And now I'm hungry too! Beef stew! Blackberry cobbler! Autumn comfort foods!

Much like I enjoy ice cream in the dead of winter, beef stew and roasted root veggies are a favorite summertime treat. My stomach must be on Southern Hemisphere time! :P

OMG, a robot wedding with a reading from The Jerk? Did my boyfriend go and marry someone else, because it sounds like his dream wedding! I told you the Coconut beastie looked like she's at least part Maine Coon! On the bright side, you'll have 25 lbs. of furry beastie to love! :)

R&M do remind me of how I imagine you and K to be (it's K, right?)

Coconut is quite the soon-to-be-not-so-little-beastie. And she has a big personality to match. She's absolutely fearless. Weird part is: she doesn't shed much at all. Is that a Maine Coon trait? Or Ragdoll? Or just a kitten thing?
