I am home, exhausted but happy, after three wonderful days with most of the usual Horbling suspects, gingerpig, ruric, lonelybrit, vampirefever, eatenbyweasels, princess_s, esmerelda_t, vic_amy_z, sometimeredhead, and one new face, Claire - the second Brit that gingerpig has picked up and adopted in LA. It was indeed fabu! You would be welcomed with open arms and inducted into the ways of Horbling and then there would be no escape. :D

Shelter: Forced to give up his dreams of art school, Zach spends his days working a dead-end job and helping his needy sister care for her son. In his free time he surfs, draws and hangs out with his best friend, Gabe, who lives on the wealthy side of town. When Gabe's older brother, Shaun, returns home, he is drawn to Zach's selflessness and talent. It was a good movie, and full of faces I recognised but could not place, so I had to hit IMDb as soon as I got home.

I am a total whore when it comes to flirting with waiters and baristas.

I know Horbling is the name of the place, but to me it will always be a verb. To Horble=to participate in fangirl shenanigans. Eg. "We're going Horbliing this weekend, and Darkhavens is brining the gin."
