Anyway, from the time I got home on Friday and unloaded my life from my mother's van until today I have been completely trashing my room. If you thought it was bad before, you ain't seen nothin' yet! (B-baby you just ain't seen nothin' yet!) I emptied my desk drawers

It's so cool that you play the bagpipes. When/why did you take it up?

November 2005 I started taking lessons. I wanted to learn to play them for various reasons. One of them being that my college has a pipe band, and another reason because I was becoming obsessed with all things Scottish and Irish (anything Celtic really). I blame Harry Potter...haha not really, but it was something i was interested in and I've always been involved in music. That and I must have had a strong desire to learn to play the most expensive instrument known to man

Well, when I take them from Akron and District (a localish pipe band) it's $20 a month. When I took lessons through the school fall semester for credit it was nearly $400 and spring semester I took them under the table for $15 per lesson making it roughly $210 for the semester...

Plus the pipes themselves cost me a fortune. I spent all my graduation money on my pipes last summer
