..well.. once again my life seems to fall in a heap. My parentals had kittens when told of the so called nupitals .. -sigh- .. whatever .. so the date had to be cancelled .. because my entire family couldnt make it .. As a fellow visa-slave(just got my 2 year spouse visa!) and living on one income (or the threat of one), and losing weight, and being an outsider in a town, maybe I can help? lol ( ... )

I'm afraid I can't offer much in the way of practical help, but I will send my well-wishes and encouragement.

You guys are in one of the hardest places you will likely have to deal with in your lives. Just hang in there and keep working at it and you will get through these obstacles one way or another.
