It had taken a long time for Patrick’s arms to heal and they still weren't completely better, but while he had convalesced, he had been fed with hearty and filling food and there had been no more torture and deprivation. "Rome," Erin told him, slightly less moody already. "The Templar like to keep people in Vatican City to torture them. Makes them feel more holy."

He was in Rome!? How in the Hell did he get to Rome? Patrick just supposed he was lucky he wasn't in New Zealand.

"Rome. Je-fu..." Patrick groaned, too afraid to swear or take the Lord's name in vain in case this was a test. He couldn't go up on that strappado again. His arms hurt just thinking about it.

"If I don't go to back to Dublin, I have no idea where to go. I can't stay here. They'll find me." The idea that he could be picked up for just having a drink was terrifying. "How did they even get to me in Dublin?!"

"They have agents everywhere," was all Erin said, looking over at Saul. "Clearly I need to go kill some people in Dublin."

"I don't know about that, but we will step up surveillance of the area," Saul was quick to say while Patrick just looked terrified.

They were everywhere? These creepy, hooded freaks were everywhere? "Uhm...wh-where would be safe then?"

Saul grinned wolfishly and he winked at Erin. "Ever thought of London?"

"Uhm. What's in London?" Patrick asked, feeling very tired.

"People who can protect you if they come calling again," Erin said. "More like civilians than this set up though, but they're good at keeping people out of the Templar's way. Which is what you're going to need." She turned to look at Saul, crossing her arms as she thought about it. "I could escort him back that way, make sure anyone trying to follow him has some sort of accident instead."
