Last night I sent off my application to UNC Chapel Hill. Yeesh.

Blue Like Jazz is a beautiful book. I'm not a Christian but I LOVED it and I have much admiration and more respect than I used to. It is a book of nonreligious thoughts on Christianity, but it looks about how Christians love people, love Jesus, help one another, and everything nice. ( Read more... )

Yes.. and the confession booth, that was so touching. I loved it.

I would recommend Tuesdays With Morrie by Mitch Albom, or rather anything by him. Quite lovely. I finally found some time during the break to read, but as soon as I go back, it'll be hard to find time again. Hopefully I'll come across something.
