Life has been crazy lately. I haven't said much in here, but lots has been going on regardless, as ususal.

2007. Blam, another year. I agree with Dep, New Year's "Intentions" are more sound than resolutions. I have some, most of them are what they normally are. Consistency, but I'd like to keep improving.

Last night I sent off my application to UNC Chapel Hill. Yeesh.

Blue Like Jazz is a beautiful book. I'm not a Christian but I LOVED it and I have much admiration and more respect than I used to. It is a book of nonreligious thoughts on Christianity, but it looks about how Christians love people, love Jesus, help one another, and everything nice. ( Read more... )

Finding books that you've read and loved and then finding books you never have but always wanted to is wondrous.

The semester seems to be a sacrifice of a social life to spend more time on improving myself musically, physcially, and spiritually. I miss hanging with people though, but I'm also enjoying how I've been spending my time. I've got the classes and eating and rehearsals, then I workout, then I practice or do hw or other things.
