I'm so sorry. *hugs*

The same happened with my grandma. She had been really tired for a long time and would bruise so easily...When they caught the leukemia it had already spread a lot. She died a few months later. With all the technology we have today, we should be able to catch these things sooner.

I agree cancer seems to be spreading like wildfire. It's touching so many people. Why can't they just have a routine test for your check-ups? I think it would catch a lot of it early on to actually do something.

So sorry about your grandma :(

*Hugs* I am so sorry, sweets. =( That's awful. For what it's worth, I'm sure she knows exactly how you felt about her-- what you wanted to say. But I get the whole feeling numb thing. My cousin is fourteen and broke his leg a few months back, they found a tumour. At first it was, worst case scenario, we have to amputate below knee. Which is bad, but it could be worse. And then a month later, it's best case scenario, we just have to amputate above knee. And I can't process it. I can't even think about it.

Again, I'm so sorry to hear about your friend. You totally have my thoughts with you. =(

Wow fourteen years old. Wow, that's really young. I can't even imagine that. So sorry.

I totally get the numb thing, sometimes I think it's better to just block things out a bit, and then process them.

HUGS

I'm so sorry to hear that. It's always so hard to accept that a family will get ripped apart by that horrible disease. *hugs*
