Forced myself on to the exercise bike today. Didn't last very long, and had to crank back the tension a LOT to handle it. My legs are already stiffening up; I hate to think what they'll feel like tomorrow ( Read more... )

You might do better to break up your exercise into LITTLE bits and do no more than a few minutes per hour all day long.

My thought on this is that by doing it this way, you might actually manage to improve your physical condition wthout the pain you feel each time you exercise in your usual all-in-one daily exercise session.
Just remember that you'll still end up having exercised just as much at the end of the day doing it in little bits as you would having done it all at once.
There's an added benefit as well: All those little bits of exercise across the day will kick your metabolism into higher gear and make it easier for you to lose weight.
Please consider it trying it for a week.

Good for you for making the effort to exercise <3 I don't go for the BIG workout, myself, but rather lots of little bursts throughout the day.
