Ginger bats (except I can't find my goddamn bat cutter; it's the recipe from the Gothic Miss Manners, Jilli), sugar cookies, and hopefully spritz. The sugar cookies will be rolled and cut out like the bats (that won't be bats). The spritz I'll probably just use the Christmas tree plate rather than making a bunch of different ones.

I'd love to make all the different ones my mom used to when I was a kid, but I'm limited on both time and ability to eat a metric fuck ton of cookies- curse this diabetes and old lady metabolism!
