Gibbs can't feel the machines the way John can, but he's seen them, and he can imagine them now, ticking away slowly beneath his feet. He left without Melinda this time, not because she's currently a vampire, but because at some point he has to face this alone, and now seemed as good a time as any. Then he notices the PINpoint on Gibb's wrist. Most city dwellers would pass that off as some fancy-pants watch, but Tom knows better. His eyebrows go up but he doesn't comment.

He's not sure how to interpret the glance at his PINpoint. Does Tom know what it is, or does he just think it looks weird.
