((Yay!))

Charlotte wanders around the house, holding her panda close, as if checking the place out. She's never been to one of these and isn't sure quite how to behave. After several minutes of this she settles crosslegged on a sleeping bag and texts Mr. Wall using her pinpoint. This takes several minutes of explanation.

At last she looks up, eyes seeking out one of the adults in the room. "Will one of you read to us, perhaps? I will reciprocate."

Rat just may have taken turns giving both girls piggy back rides. The view from on top of his shoulders is definitely higher than the average perspective, but by this point it feels like it's been a long day and he's looking forward to finding a quiet spot under a pier and just sitting for a while. He follows them in as the official goldfish and whatever-else-no-one-else-wants-to-carry bearer. While Harley sets up, he finds a safe spot on a table for the goldfish, and watches the girls.
"I don't think I'd fit in for girl's night, but it's been a great day. Thank you, all three of you." He grins, still standing as if he's ready to leave. It's more that he assumes it's time for him to go, but if he wasn't tired he might be worried they'd decide to give him a makeover or something.

"You can stay, if you wish Rat. You can at least sit for a while and rest."

Harley pulls out a book from her library. "Do you like fairy tales? April is fond of this particular one called 'The Darkness'."

Charlotte gets up and goes to give Rat a hug. She enjoyed the piggyback ride, and it seems like the thing a normal child would do. "Thank you very much," she tells him. "You have no reason to be so kind to me. I appreciate it."

Then she turns to Harley, excited by the prospect of hearing a story. "I cannot remember whether I like fairy tales, but I would like to find out. Please, if April likes it, I am sure it is worth hearing, yes."
