My friend Austin Grossman had his first novel published earlier this month. It's called Soon I Will Be Invincible, and it's about superheros and supervillains. It's a really fun read, and I highly recommend it. (

Ah, I see you have not perused my other blog recently, wherein I post my "Soon I Will Be Invincible" movie cast picks. I briefly met Austin at NY ComiCon where he was giving away signed copies of the first two chapters of the book. I bought it on the day of release and finished it shortly thereafter.

My favorite line, paraphrased: "There is very little difference between having superpowers and having a chronic medical condition."

Austin is also going to be at the Museum of Comic and Cartoon Art (MoCCA) festival in NYC this weekend doing signings, so I'll probably get him to do my book there as well.
